Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 9 dried figs
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender until smooth
  2. Store in a glass container in the fridge
  3. Spread over a rice cracker with peanut, nut or seed butter and top with nuts or seeds

  2. UPDATE:
    I’ve created a new version of ‘Image Abstraction & Retrieval.jar’, called ‘Image Abstraction & Retrieval v1.0.zip’, which is compatible with the Process Four Video Code plugin.
    See the image below of a sample of my result. If you download ‘Image Abstraction & Retrieval v1.0.zip’, you can use the plugin as it’s meant to be used, which is with the ‘ https://liotolidest.weebly.com
