Strawberry Popsicles

These healthy, dairy free strawberry popsicles are easy to make and much healthier than the store bought pops that are full of sugar, colourings and additives.
Ingredients
- 1 cup lite coconut milk ( Thai Brand)
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1 tbsp honey
- popsicle molds ( you can buy at any grocery,kitchen, hardware or bulk store or click to see on amazon)
Directions
- Mix ingredients in a food processor on low, pulse a few times so you leave a few bits of strawberry
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze
- Enjoy strawberry popsicles on a hot summer day
What can I sub. for coconut milk? And if so what amount? I am allergic to coconut.
