These healthy, dairy free strawberry popsicles are easy to make and much healthier than the store bought pops that are full of sugar, colourings and additives.

Icicle strawberry

Ingredients

  • 1 cup lite coconut milk ( Thai Brand)
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • popsicle molds ( you can buy at any grocery,kitchen, hardware or bulk store or click to see on amazon)

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients in a food processor on low, pulse a few times so you leave a few bits of strawberry
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze
  3. Enjoy strawberry popsicles on a hot summer day
