Chocolate shake

I’m always looking for healthy afternoon snacks and this shake fits that to a T!

This protein chocolate shake is dairy- free and makes a great snack for after school or when you have a mid day slump and you need a healthy pick me up.

Cocoa contains 43.6 mg of flavonoids per gram, which means its one of the highest polyphenol containing foods. These antioxidants are good for the body so enjoy a hot or cold cocoa drink today!

 

 

1 cup Silk unsweetened cashew milk

1 tsp pure cocoa powder

1 tbsp cashew butter

1 large medjool date

1 scoop So Delicious unsweetened vanilla ice cream
