Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sunflower seed butter
  • 1/4 cup sunflower or pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tbsp pure cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp ground chia seed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 3 large medjool dates, or use 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor until mixture sticks together.
  2. Roll into 1 inch balls and roll in coconut
  3. Store in the fridge
