Hempseed Bars

Ingredients
- 2 cups hempseed or hemp hearts
- 1/4- 1/3 cup almond butter ( room temperature)
- 1 tbsp ground chia seed
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or raw honey
Directions
- Mix ingredients in a bowl until it all comes together. If you are using almond butter from the fridge and it is dry you may need to add in a little more coconut oil if you find the bars are not sticking together naturally.
- Spread in a greased loaf pan and bake 325F for 30 minutes
- Slice into squares and store in the fridge
