hemp bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups hempseed or hemp hearts
  • 1/4- 1/3 cup almond butter ( room temperature)
  • 1 tbsp ground chia seed
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or raw honey

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients in a bowl until it all comes together. If you are using almond butter from the fridge and it is dry you may need to add in a little more coconut oil if you find the bars are not sticking together naturally.
  2. Spread in a greased loaf pan and bake 325F for 30 minutes
  3. Slice into squares and store in the fridge
