Green Goddess Salad
Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli
- 1 napa cabbage
- 1 zucchini
- 1/4 cauliflower
- 1 bunch mustard greens
- 1 bunch organic kale
- 1 bunch Swiss chard
- 1 bunch arugula
- 1 bunch watercress
Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 strips anchovies
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- dash oregano
- dash basil
- sea salt
Directions
- Chop salad greens into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl
- Mix dressing ingredients together in a blender or food processor.
- Add dressing to salad and serve
