Dairy-Free Dill Dip For Vegetables

Ingredients
- 1 cup organic medium firm tofu
- 1 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/8- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped ( I love lots of dill)
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp water
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor until well combined. I like my dip a little chunky and think
- Serve with cut up vegetables or gluten-free crackers
