Blueberry Chiaseed Pudding

Full of antioxidants, fibre and healthy fat, this blueberry chiaseed pudding is a super breakfast idea, and so easy to make.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- pinch cardamom
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor and pour into a glass bowl with lid
- Let sit in fridge for at least 5 hours to congeal
