Apricot Granola Bars

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 cup quinoa puffs
- 1/2 cup dried apricots, cut into pieces
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 3 tbsp melted coconut oil or grapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp hempseed
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor and blend until mixture comes together.
- Spread into a n 8×8 lightly greased pan
- Bake 350F for 12 minutes
- Let cool and cut into squares
