Ways to Reduce Toxic Load On The Body
You might be wondering what is a toxic load and why do I need to reduce it?
We all ingest toxins every day in the foods we eat, the air we breath and what we put on our skin. If we are not detoxing properly many of these toxins stay in our body, therefore creating a toxic load in the body that can lead to illness.
Our society is full of chemicals and toxins. They are in our food, in our air and the many products we buy. The Environmental Working Group (EWG) reports that at least 300 toxins are detected in the blood of newborn babies and over 700 chemicals in adults. Not only do we carry these toxins around with us, but we pass them on to future generations.
Signs that you are toxic:
- Fatigue
- Food allergies
- Muscle aches
- Joint pain
- Headaches
- Gas and bloating
- Overweight
