These raisin cookies are so easy to make. If you or anyone in your household loves raisins as I do, they will love these cookies.

Sweetened only with raisins these cookies are naturally sweet yet filling as they contain lots of protein by adding pecans and hemp seeds.

A little hint of cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg make these cookies festive and delicious. Enjoy

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pecans
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • pinch nutmeg
  • 4 tbsp melted coconut oil

Directions

  1. In a food processor mix all ingredient together except oil- It’s best to use a food processor for this recipe as the raisins and pecans have to come together so they stick to make cookies.
  2. Slowly add the oil until mixture comes together
  3. Form into small cookies and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet
  4. Bake325F for 10 minutes

  1. If I don’t have a food processor, what could I use if anything ? And could I substitute the hemp seeds for another seed ? Thank you so much for your help and attention,

    Rosilene

  2. HI Rosilene- you need a food processor as the nuts and raisins have to be blended together so they can be formed into a cookie, My neighbour just tried the recipe by just putting ingredients in a bowl and it didn’t work. You could use ground flaxseed or chia seed.

  3. It seems that each day the world changes and finds there will soon be some new technology that makes our lives easier and their convenience. This is the same when technology and the software that comes with it change to achieve such ideals. One popular television we all enjoy today is the Smart TV of which they are making it even better and more convenient for our home entertainment needs. Technology is the only way for us to go to make our lives easier and enjoy the videos, pictures and music we like. https://ledbetocci.weebly.com

FreeStar Free PSP Video Converter is free, but so is any software you download. Unfortunately, the version we tested was a beta test version. The real FreeStar Free PSP Video Converter can be downloaded from Official download sites are limited to pre-selected countries. Being beta is no excuse for poor quality and even a beta version needs some good times before you can consider it quality software. https://boiratatut.weebly.com
