This recipe for pork roast with apples and onions will tantalize and satisfy everyone in your family, and it’s so easy to make in the slow cooker or dutch oven.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pour apple juice into slow cooker
  2. Rub mustard over the top of the roast and put in the slow cooker
  3. Add apples, onions, rosemary, salt and pepper
  4. Set slow cooker on high and cook for 4-6 hours

Add all the ingredients to your slow cooker and turn on high
