Peach Bluebbery Cobbler
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups peaches, sliced ( about 6-7 peaches)
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp almond extract (optional)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 1/2 cups Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Rolled Oats
Directions
- Slice peaches and put them in a glass baking dish. Add in blueberries and sprinkle with cinnamon and almond extract. Mix with a fork.
- In a bowl mix oats, honey and coconut oil. Mix it with your hands and then sprinkle on top of fruit.
- Place in oven at 350F for 25 minutes
