This marinated bbq chicken recipe is simple and delicious served with summer salads

Ingredients

  • 6-8 chicken drumsticks
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp rosemary
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp grainy mustard

Directions

  1. In a bowl mix garlic, oil, vinegar, rosemary and mustard
  2. Place chicken in a low glass dish and pour marinade over chicken
  3. Cover and let marinate in fridge for up to 6 hours
  4. Barbeque chicken on medium heat until done
  5. Slice chicken and serve with salads
