Key Lime Vegan Protein Balls

Ingredients
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 1/2 cup medjool dates, pitted
- 2 tbsp Genuine Health fermented vegan proteins+, vanilla or unsweetened
- 3 limes, zest and juiced
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
Directions
- Process almonds in a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped
- Add dates, fermented Vegan proteins+, lime zest, juice and pulse until combined. Mixture should just come together
- Roll into small balls and coat with coconut
