Summer is here and many people are setting out on vacations. Here are some tips to protect yourself from EMFs while traveling.

There are several ways you can be exposed to EMF radiation when traveling.

  1.  Plane travel- EMFs come from varies sources like jet engines, communication equipment, computers, electrical wiring, sensors and WiFi. The planes fuselage can intensify the effects of the radiation. Many people like to catch up on work on flights and have their phones or laptops on their body.
  2. Car travel- Features like Bluetooth, radar, WiFi hotspots, communications, computer systems, constantly emit an immense amount of EMF radiation. Electric and hybrid cars expose you to much higher levels of EMF radiation than a gas or diesel car.
  3. Hotels- Most hotels offer WiFi and sometimes have many WiFi antenneas on their roof. Some busy downtown hotels are right beside power lines or 5G towers.
  4. Train travel- Engines, wiring, WiFi and overhead wires also emit EMFs.

How To Protect Yourself From EMFs While Traveling.

  1. EMF-Free Zones: Seek out destinations and accommodations that offer EMF-free zones or designated areas where wireless connectivity is limited or nonexistent. These zones allow travelers to disconnect from electronic devices, fostering a deeper connection with nature and promoting sustainable travel practices.
  2. Low-EMF Accommodations: Choose eco-friendly accommodations. Look for hotels and resorts that have implemented EMF reduction measures, like a dedicated no Wifi area or low EMF zone. Some environmentally frienldy resorts offer rooms with shielding paints and window films.
  3. Turn It Off: Turn off Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and other wireless connections when not needed when traveling, reducing both EMF exposure and energy consumption. Use power-saving features and recharge devices using energy-efficient outlets or renewable energy sources whenever possible.
  4. Grounding Or Earthing: making direct contact with the earth is thought to help eliminate the ambient voltage that comes from everyday electrical power sources and can be helpful after a long flight. Walk barefoot on the grass or beach. Touch a tree or go for a swim in the ocean.
  5. Eat A Healthy Diet: eating a diet high in antioxidant foods helps to naturally protect your cells from free radical damage, including that caused by radiation and EMFs when flying. They help the body lower inflammation in the body. Fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and lots of leafy greens.
  6. Use AIRES TECH: Wearing the Lifetune Go or Flex every day, or at least while you’re out and about on a plane or in a car. Click here to learn more about Aires Tech and use coupon code shirly30 to save 30% at checkout.
