Gluten Free Stuffing- Delicious!

Gluten Free Stuffing is delicious and easy to make!
I tend to wing it when I am making stuffing. I have a small family so I usually only stuff a chicken, but if we are having turkey, depending on the size I will double or triple my recipe.
My rule of thumb when making stuffing is for every 2 cups of bread crumbs I will use 1 small onion, 1 teaspoon sage, 1 teaspoon savory, 1 teaspoon thyme, 1 teaspoon sea salt and 2-3 tablespoons olive oil. In a food processor, process bread until it is crumb like. Add in a chopped onion, spices and mix. Then drizzle enough olive oil so that the mixture comes together nicely. Stuff your turkey or chicken and enjoy.
Looking for a vegetarian option, stuff a roasted acorn squash with tasty stuffing, delicious!
