Directions
- For seed topping mix all ingredients in a small bowl
- For muffins put bananas, coconut oil, coconut milk in a food processor and blend until well combined. Add in the almond flour, hemp hearts, baking powder and mix
- Spoon muffin batter into oiled muffins tins and top each muffin with a tablespoon of seed mixture
- Bake muffins at 350F for 20 minutes
- Yields 9 muffins
