French Toast- Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free
Ingredients
- 4 pieces of Silver Hills Omega Flax or Chia Chia Gluten- Free Bread
- 2 eggs
- 1 small banana
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup Silk Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Directions
- In a blender or food processor mix banana, coconut milk, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon.
- Place mixture in a large bowl
- Place 4 pieces of bread into bowl and let sit in mixture for at least 20 minutes to soak up the egg mixture. Turn bread over a few times
- Put a little coconut oil in a skillet and cook bread over medium high heat for a few minutes, turn over and cook on other side.
- Serve with fresh fruit, maple syrup or as is
