Easter Bunny Almond Milk Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 small carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

Directions

  1. Place soaked almonds and water into your Almond Cow machine. Blend according to the instructions for smooth, creamy almond milk.
  2. In a blender, combine 2 cups of your fresh almond milk, dates, vanilla, cinnamon, and carrot. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add raspberries
  4. Pour into glasses.
  5. Garnish with mini chocolate eggs or edible flower petals for that festive Easter vibe.
  6. Froth the remaining almond milk and top the smoothie for a cafe-style look!
