Creamy Broccoli Soup- Dairy Free
Ingredients
- 1 broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 small zucchini, sliced
- 1 leek, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp herbamare original sea salt
- 2 tbsp grapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- handful fresh cilantro
- 5 cups water

- In a soup pot add a little olive oil and saute leeks for a few minutes. Add in garlic and zucchini and stir for a minute. Add in broccoli, water and salts.
- Bring to a boil and boil for 3-4 minutes. Turn off burner, add in cilantro and put lid on and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Blend all ingredients plus grapeseed oil in a blender until smooth and creamy
