Chocolate Chia Pudding for Breakfast? Why not!
This chocolate chia pudding is full of healthy fat, protein and antioxidants. It is a perfect way to start your day!
Ingredients
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk (Thai Kitchen)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 heaping tbsp raw almond butter
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp pure organic cocoa (Green & Blacks)
Mix all ingredients in a food processor and pour into 2 small containers. Put in fridge to set for a few hours to set.
