I am so glad you have decided to take a step towards better health.

My goal as a nutritionist is to guide you with customized recommendations designed just for you!

We start with a Nutritional Assessment. This 60-minute appointment allows us to connect over the telephone of via zoom video chat so that I can gather information about your current health situation, your goals and lifestyle.

After the initial assessment is complete, I will send you your customized recommendations. This will provide you with dietary suggestions, recipes, lifestyle changes and or supplements that I feel will be necessary to help you reach your health goals. We will also set up a time for me to check in with you to evaluate your progress and answer any questions you may have once you have had time to read and digest the recommendations.

If you require a detailed menu plan, elimination diet or more customized recipes to help you on your healing journey we can work together on a plan that suits you or your family’s needs.

Fee $150.00 CAD

Includes assessment, recommendations and follow up.
