What to expect

  • Before we meet: I’ll send 3 short questionnaires. Your answers help me understand your needs in advance.

  • 60-minute session (phone or Zoom): We’ll review your questionnaires, current health, goals, and lifestyle.

  • After your session: You’ll receive customized recommendations with dietary suggestions, recipes, lifestyle changes, and any supplements I recommend. We’ll also schedule a follow-up check-in to review progress and answer questions.

If you need a detailed menu plan, elimination diet, or more customized recipes, we can create a plan that fits you or your family.

Fee: $175
Includes assessment, written recommendations, and one follow-up.


Sleep Consult

As a quantum practitioner who resolved 35 years of chronic insomnia using circadian biology, I help clients reset their sleep–wake cycle.
